Section 16-37-6 Annual report to Governor. The State Board of Education in its annual report
to the Governor shall set forth the condition of vocational education in the State of Alabama,
a list of the schools to which federal and state aid has been given and a detailed statement
of the expenditures of federal and the state funds provided for the purposes of this chapter.

Section 16-6F-6 Authorization of establishment; Alabama Public Charter School Commission; registration

Section 16-6F-10 Reporting of enrollment, attendance, etc.; funding. (a) Enrollment. Students
enrolled in and attending public charter schools shall be included in all enrollment and attendance
counts of students of the local school system in which the students reside. The public charter
school shall report all such data to the local school systems of residence in a timely manner.
