Section 16-38-6 State Board of Education's authority to cooperate with federal Rehabilitation
Agency. The State Board of Education shall have all necessary authority to cooperate with
the Federal Vocational Rehabilitation Agency in the administration of said act of Congress.
It shall cooperate with the state agency in charge of the Workers' Compensation Law. The state
board shall administer any legislation which may hereafter be enacted by the Legislature of
the State of Alabama and shall administer the funds provided by the federal government and
the State of Alabama for the promotion of vocational rehabilitation of persons disabled in
industry or otherwise and their return to civil employment. It shall have full authority to
formulate plans for the promotion of the training of such persons in such subjects essential

Section 22-30A-1 Legislative findings; purpose and intent of chapter. The Legislature finds
that hazardous substances have been treated, stored or disposed of at sites which are inactive
or abandoned and that such sites have the potential for deleterious impacts on groundwater,
human health or the environment. The Legislature, therefore, declares that it is in the public
interest to assure that such sites are identified and that action is taken to provide for

Section 36-28-8 Contribution Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known
as the Contribution Fund. Such fund shall consist of and there shall be deposited in such
fund: (1) All contributions, interest and penalties collected under Sections 36-28-5 and 36-28-7;

Section 12-15-217 Notice of delinquent acts. (a) Notwithstanding subsection (a) of Section
12-15-133, written notice that a child enrolled in a school, kindergarten to grade 12, has
been found delinquent of an act which if committed by an adult would be a Class A or B felony
or any other crime, at the discretion of the juvenile court, shall be provided within seven
