Section 11-88-85 Redemption of property after sale - Authorization and procedure generally.
Any real property sold for the satisfaction of an assessment lien imposed thereon by the board
may be redeemed by the former owner or his assigns or other person authorized to redeem property
sold for taxes by the State of Alabama, within two years from the date of such sale, by paying
to the purchaser at such sale or to any person deriving title under such purchaser or to the
treasurer of the authority for such purchaser or person deriving title under such purchaser
the amount of the purchase price for which the property was sold at such sale plus an amount
equal to interest on such purchase price from the date of such sale to the date of redemption
at the rate of eight percent per annum plus a fee of $2.00 to cover the expense of a conveyance.

Section 27-17-11 Policy provisions - Payment of cash benefits. (a) There shall be a
provision that any cash benefit provided by the policy upon the death of the insured will

Section 27-18-16 Assignment of rights and benefits under group policies. Any person
insured under a group insurance policy may, in accordance with Section 27-14-21 and
pursuant to the terms of such policy or an arrangement among the insured, the group policyholder

Section 7-4A-305 Liability for late or improper execution or failure to execute payment
order. (a) If a funds transfer is completed but execution of a payment order by the receiving
bank in breach of Section 7-4A-302 results in delay in payment to the beneficiary,
the bank is obliged to pay interest to either the originator or the beneficiary of the funds
transfer for the period of delay caused by the improper execution. Except as provided in subsection
