Section 45-25-250.04 Powers of authority. (a) The authority shall have the following
powers, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof

Section 16-33B-4 Basic powers and duties of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education
for the Alabama Guaranteed Student Loan Program. (a) Basic powers. The Alabama Commission
on Higher Education (ACHE) is authorized to administer the Alabama Guaranteed Student Loan

a trust account for the Town of Pollard, Alabama, for the exclusive benefit of the Town of

Students enrolled in and attending public charter schools shall be included in all enrollment
and attendance counts of students of the local school system in which the students reside.
