Section 22-9A-26 Penalty for violation of chapter or rules of the State Board of Health. (a) Any person who does any of the following shall be guilty of a Class C felony: (1) Willfully and knowingly makes any false statement in a certificate, record, or report required by this chapter or rules of the board, or in an application for an amendment to a certificate, record, or report, or in an application for a certified copy of a vital record, or who willfully and knowingly supplies false information intending that the information be used in the preparation of any report, record, or certificate, or amendment of the report, record, or certificate. Section 13A-12-340 Manufacture, sale, use, etc., of synthetic urine or urine additive. (a) As used in this section, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) DEFRAUD. A misrepresentation of a material fact made willfully to deceive or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity. (2) SYNTHETIC URINE. A substance that is designed to simulate the composition, chemical properties, physical appearance, or physical properties of human urine. (3) URINE ADDITIVE. Section 25-2-25 Penalties for violations of chapter or rules or regulations of board of appeals; false statements under oath.
