Section 16-33C-4.1 Composition of PACT board. (a) The PACT board shall consist of 15 members as follows: (1) The Director of Finance. (2) The State Treasurer. Section 16-25A-8 Funding of health insurance plan; participation; Public Education Employees' Health Insurance Fund.
