Section 10A-20-8.01 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) AFFILIATED

Section 16-24C-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER. The chief administrative and executive

(a) Tenured teachers and nonprobationary classified employees may be terminated at any time
