Section 11-44D-4 Mayor-council form of government. If a majority of the qualified electors voting in the referendum provided herein choose a mayor-council form of government, the following provisions of this chapter shall be applicable: (1) The municipality shall thereafter and as provided in this chapter be governed by a mayor elected at-large and a five-member council elected from single-member districts, which municipality shall have the same powers and duties as herein enumerated and as other mayor-council municipalities organized under Chapter 43, Title 11, and any other powers and duties not inconsistent with this chapter which may be now or hereafter granted to such municipality. Section 22-30-16 Responsibilities of hazardous waste storage and treatment facility and hazardous waste disposal site operators. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations establishing such standards, applicable to owners and operators of hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facilities as may be necessary to protect human health or the environment. Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed.
