Section 32-6-7.5 Disciplinary point system - Determination; hearing. (a) The Alabama Department
of Public Safety shall be the final arbiter as to the date of eligibility of a student based
on accumulated points. (b) If the department refuses to issue a permit or license, the student
shall have a right to an impartial hearing before the Director of Public Safety or his or

Section 14-12-2 Determination of professional units and operating expenses to be provided,
qualifications and salaries of teachers and minimum number of hours of weekly student attendance.
(a) A formula for the determination of professional units and other operating expenses, based
upon eligible students, shall be developed by the State Department of Education. An eligible
student under this subsection shall be a person who has not graduated from an accredited high
school and who is able to benefit from the instructional programs offered. The total number
of professional units provided shall be the sum total of units necessary for classroom teachers,
vocational teachers, librarians, teachers of exceptional students, supervisors, counselors,

Section 32-5A-307 Administrative hearing. (a) Any person who has received a notice of intended
suspension pursuant to Section 32-5A-303 or a notice of suspension pursuant to Section 32-5A-302
where no notice of intended suspension was served may request an administrative hearing. A
request for an administrative hearing shall be in writing and shall be hand delivered or mailed

Section 32-6-15 Duplicate of lost or destroyed license. (a) In the event any driver's license
issued under the provisions of this article is lost or destroyed, the person to whom the same
was issued may upon payment of a fee of fifteen dollars ($15) and upon furnishing proof to
