Section 16-1-30 Written educational policies, rules and regulations of local boards of education. (a) Definitions. When used in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) LOCAL BOARD OF EDUCATION or BOARD OF EDUCATION. Section 16-22-11 Cost-of-living increase for certain public education employees; salary schedules for two-year postsecondary institutions; miscellaneous pay provisions. Section 34-21-2 Board of Nursing generally. (a) There is created the Board of Nursing, which shall be composed of 13 members to be appointed and have the duties and powers enumerated in this section.
