Section 5-12A-4 Common trust fund plan. Each common trust fund shall be established and maintained
in accordance with a written plan (referred to herein as the plan) approved by resolution
of the board of directors of the trust institution and approved in writing by competent legal
counsel. The plan shall provide that the common trust fund shall be administered under the
laws of this state and of the United States and in conformity with the rules and regulations

Section 11-98-4.1 Board created; composition; powers and duties. (a) There is created a statewide
911 Board comprised of 13 members that shall reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural,
and economic diversity of the state. All appointing authorities shall coordinate their appointments
so that diversity of gender, race, and geographical areas is reflective of the makeup of this

testing; access to results; post-test counseling. (a)(1) If the district attorney files a
motion under Section 15-23-101, the court shall order the person charged to submit to testing
if the court determines there is probable cause to believe that the person charged committed
the crime of rape, sodomy, sexual misconduct, sexual torture, sexual abuse, assault by bodily
