Section 16-25A-2.1 Board as body corporate for management of plan. The Public Education
Employees' Health Insurance Board shall constitute a body corporate for the purposes of management
of the health insurance plan. The board shall have all powers and may enforce all existing
rights and claims, privileges of a corporation and hold its cash and securities and other
property in trust for the purpose for which received; provided, however, that as instrumentalities

purpose of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings subscribed to

Interstate Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact
is hereby enacted into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein

through verification of competency and ensure accountability for patient care related activities
all states license emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians

movement of EMS personnel across state boundaries in the performance of their EMS duties as
