Section 36-25-4 State Ethics Commission - Duties; complaint; investigation; hearings; fees; finding of violation. (a) The commission shall do all of the following: (1) Prescribe forms for statements required to be filed by this chapter and make the forms available to persons required to file such statements. (2) Prepare guidelines setting forth recommended uniform methods of reporting for use by persons required to file statements required by this chapter. (3) Accept and file any written information voluntarily supplied that exceeds the requirements of this chapter. (4) Develop, where practicable, a filing, coding, and cross-indexing system consistent with the purposes of this chapter. (5) Make reports and statements filed with the commission available during regular business hours and online via the Internet to public inquiry subject to such regulations as the commission may prescribe. Section 45-35A-53 Dothan City Board of Education. (a) There is established a school board for the City of Dothan, Alabama, which board shall be called the Dothan City Board of Education. Members of the board shall be elected by vote of the qualified electors of the City of Dothan. Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total disability, the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received at the time of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated in Section 25-5-68, but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly earnings of less than the minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive the full amount of the average weekly earnings per week. This compensation shall be paid during the time of the disability, but at the time as a temporary total disability shall become permanent, compensation for the continued total disability shall be governed by (a)(4) of this section with respect to permanent total disability.
