Section 45-11-245.02 Authorization of levy of sales tax. (a) The governing body of the county
is authorized to levy and impose in the county, in addition to all other taxes of every kind
now imposed by law, and to collect as herein provided, a privilege or license tax against
the person on account of the business activities and in the amount to be determined by the
application of rates against gross sales, or gross receipts, as the case may be, as follows:

Section 10A-2A-16.11 Annual report for Secretary of State. (a) Each corporation, and each foreign
corporation authorized to transact business in this state, shall deliver to the Secretary
of State for filing an annual report that sets forth: (1) The name of the corporation and

Section 14-15-4 Exhaustion of administrative remedies; dismissal of action; waiver of right
to reply; pretrial proceedings; limitations (a) The department and any private company or
contractor providing any services within any correctional facility shall adopt administrative
remedies for prisoners. The administrative remedies shall be prominently posted and published
to all prisoners. (b) A prisoner incarcerated by the department may not assert a pro se civil
claim under state law until the prisoner exhausts all administrative remedies available. If
a prisoner files a pro se civil action in contravention of this section, the court shall dismiss

Section 22-30-12 Permit program. (a) The department, acting through the commission, is authorized
to promulgate a permit program for hazardous waste management practices and, acting through
the commission, to promulgate criteria for issuing permits and rules identifying procedures

Section 25-5-8 Employers' options to secure payment of compensation. (a) Option to insure risks.
An employer subject to this chapter may secure the payment of compensation under this chapter
by insuring and keeping insured his or her liability in some insurance corporation, association,
organization, insurance association, corporation, or association formed of employers and workers

Section 34-21-25 Denial, suspension, or revocation of license; administrative fines; voluntary
