Section 16-5-55 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018
REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) The
program shall be used to provide a loan repayment for federal student loans in the following
amounts: (1) Five thousand dollars ($5,000) per year, or two thousand five hundred dollars
($2,500) per semester worked, for a maximum of four consecutive years for a teacher with a
valid Alabama professional educator certificate endorsed in secondary math or science who
graduated from a teacher education program at an approved institution after the 2018 spring
semester term and is teaching in an Alabama public school. (2) An additional two thousand
five hundred dollars ($2,500) per year, or one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250)
per semester worked, for a maximum of four consecutive years for a teacher who satisfies all
criteria listed in Section 16-5-54 and who also is teaching math or science in a public

Section 27-1-10 Payment for health services of chiropractor; insured to have exclusive
right to select practitioner of healing arts. Any contract or policy of insurance or any plan
or agreement for health services providing for reimbursement or payment for health services

Section 34-24-70 Qualifications of applicants. (a) The following constitute the requirements
for the issuance of a certificate of qualification for a license to practice medicine in this

act as instructor or assistant instructor in a barber college and no barber college or owner

Section 40-26B-82 Effectiveness and cessation. (a) The assessment imposed under this
article shall not take effect or shall cease to be imposed and any moneys remaining in the
Hospital Assessment Account in the Alabama Medicaid Program Trust Fund shall be refunded to
