Section 41-23-141 Advisory board of directors. (a) There shall also be created an Alabama Trails
Commission Advisory Board which shall advise the commission in the execution of the Alabama
Trails Commission's powers and duties under this article. The advisory board of directors
shall be composed of the following: (1) Two Senators appointed by the Lieutenant Governor.
(2) Two members of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House. (3)
Three members of the Alabama Recreational Trails Advisory Board. (4) One member representing

state retirement benefits. There shall be an executive director of the Office of Prosecution
Services and whatever staff is necessary to carry out the purpose of this office. Such director

Section 16-25-21 Method of financing. Effective October 1, 1997, all the assets of the retirement
system shall be credited according to the purpose for which they are held among three funds,
namely: The Annuity Savings Fund, the Pension Accumulation Fund, and the Expense Fund. The
operation of the former Pension Reserve Fund and the Annuity Reserve Fund shall be discontinued
