Section 16-9-21 Courses of study. Subject to the rules and regulations of the State Board of
Education, the county superintendent of education shall prescribe courses of study for the
schools of the county and submit the same for approval and adoption by the county board of

Section 45-12-101 Election; qualifications; powers and duties; compensation. (a) The Superintendent
