Section 2-27-63 Article deemed cumulative. The provisions of this article are cumulative and shall not repeal any other laws or parts of laws unless such laws or parts of laws are in direct conflict with the provisions of this article, and, then such laws or parts of laws are repealed only to the extent that same conflict with the provisions of this article. The provisions of this article shall not be construed to repeal, amend or modify the provisions or requirements of Chapter 28 of this title, as it is hereby intended that the provisions of this article are cumulative and supplemental to the provisions and requirements of said provisions.
