Section 16-6F-8 Performance framework; oversight; renewal; revocation; school closure and dissolution; reporting. (a) Performance framework. (1) The performance provisions within the charter contract shall be based on a performance framework that clearly sets forth the academic and operational performance indicators, measures, and metrics that will guide the authorizer's evaluations of each public charter school. The performance framework shall include indicators, measures, and metrics for, at a minimum: a. Section 16-1-26 Compensation of school board members. (a) Members of city and county school boards are authorized to receive reasonable compensation for their services, not to exceed six hundred dollars ($600) per month, unless set at a higher figure by a local act, upon approval by a majority vote of the members at the board's annual meeting.
