Section 11-49B-9 Bonds of authority. All bonds issued by the authority shall be signed by the chair of its board or other chief executive officer and attested by its secretary, and the seal of the authority shall be affixed to the bond, and any interest coupons applicable to the bonds of the authority shall be signed by the chair of its board or other chief executive officer. Section 16-17A-10 Indebtedness. (a) An authority from time to time may borrow money or incur indebtedness and issue bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness in such principal amounts as the board determines by resolution to be necessary, desirable, and in the best interests of the authority in order to provide funds to carry out its corporate powers. Section 11-89A-10 Security for payment of bonds; contracts and agreements to secure. (a) Any bonds issued by the authority shall be revenue bonds and shall be payable solely out of such revenues of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which they shall be authorized to be issued.
