Section 11-50B-3 Permitted activities by public providers; lease of equipment by municipal governing bodies. (a) Subject to the conditions, qualifications, and restrictions set forth in subsection (b), an agriculture authority may borrow money from any person or governmental entity. (a) Any public body heretofore or hereafter created and established by ordinance or resolution pursuant to this chapter may become a body corporate and politic under the name set forth in such ordinance or resolution by filing a certified copy of such ordinance or resolution with the Secretary of State, to be recorded in his office.
