Section 16-61B-1 Legislative intent. There is hereby created within the State Treasury a fund, designated the Education Technology Fund, hereinafter referred to as the fund. The State Superintendent of Education shall authorize the expenditure of monies within the fund, upon the approval of the State Board of Education.
