Section 45-49-90.08 Bonds of the corporation. (a) All bonds issued by the corporation shall
be payable solely out of the revenues and receipts derived from the leasing or sale by the
corporation of its industrial sites or of any thereof as may be designated in the proceedings
of the board of directors under which the bonds shall be authorized to be issued. (b) Such

Section 16-36-69 Use of textbooks. (a) All textbooks furnished free of charge to pupils shall
be the property of the local board of education, as long as textbook funds are expended as
prescribed by law. (b) When distributed to pupils the textbooks shall be retained for normal
use only during the period they are engaged in a course of study for which the textbooks are
selected. At the completion of each course of study or otherwise at the instructions of the
principal or teacher in charge, the textbooks shall be returned as directed. A receipt shall
be required from each pupil, parent, or guardian upon issuance of any textbook, which receipt

Section 8-6-2 Definitions. When used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires,

Section 40-3-25 Appeals - Procedure. All appeals from the rulings of the board of equalization
fixing value of property shall be taken within 30 days after the final decision of said board
fixing the assessed valuation as provided in this chapter. The taxpayer shall file notice
