Section 23-6-8 Bonds of corporation; annual appropriation from state Public Road and
Bridge Fund. (a) The bonds of the corporation shall be signed by its president and attested

article, except bonds issued to the contractor and except funding and refunding bonds issued
by exchange as provided in this section, shall be sold to the highest bidder at public

any warrants hereunder, the board of education by which such warrants are proposed to be issued
