Section 45-11-242 Levy and collection of tax; disposition of funds. (a) Pursuant to subsection (f) of Amendment 373 to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, the Lowndes County Commission, in addition to any other tax, may levy an ad valorem tax in the amount of three mills on each dollar of taxable property in the county.
