Section 12-15-133 Filing and inspection of records. (a) The following records, reports, and
information acquired or generated in juvenile courts concerning children shall be confidential
and shall not be released to any person, department, agency, or entity, except as provided
elsewhere in this section: (1) Juvenile legal files (including formal documents as petitions,
notices, motions, legal memoranda, orders, and decrees). (2) Social records, including but
not limited to: a. Records of juvenile probation officers. b. Records of the Department of
Human Resources. c. Records of the Department of Youth Services. d. Medical records. e. Psychiatric
or psychological records. f. Reports of preliminary inquiries and predisposition studies.
g. Supervision records. h. Birth certificates. i. Individualized service plans. j. Education

Section 16-6G-6 Dyslexia therapist certification endoresement; accreditation of teacher preparation
programs; licensure and certification of teachers; professional learning. (a) The State Superintendent
of Education shall develop, and the State Board of Education shall approve, a dyslexia therapist
certification endorsement on or before December 31, 2019. (1) K-12 and early childhood teachers
who have completed an International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council endorsed
training course and have received a passing score on the Academic Language Therapy Association's
Certified Academic Language Therapy assessment, or the International Dyslexia Association's
Knowledge and Practice Examination of Effective Reading Instruction, and who hold a valid
Professional Educator Certificate shall be eligible for a dyslexia therapist endorsement.

Section 16-22-13.6 Fiscal year 2013-2014 adjustments. (a) PAY INCREASES, FY 2013-2014. The
State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees
