Section 16-4-7 Publication of laws, rules, etc.; examination of reports, expenditures, etc. The State Superintendent of Education shall prepare and publish the school laws of the state and the rules and regulations of the State Board of Education and such other pamphlets as will stimulate public interest, promote the work of education and foster in teachers professional insight and efficiency.
