Section 18-1A-22 Offer to purchase at full appraised value; amount of compensation; written
statement and summary; waiver valuation. (a)(1) Before commencing a condemnation action, the
condemnor shall establish an amount based on an appraisal, except as otherwise provided in
subsection (e), which it believes to be just compensation therefor and promptly shall submit
to the owner an offer to acquire the property for the full amount so established. (2) The
amount may not be less than the condemnor's established amount of just compensation for the
property. (b) In a total taking, the condemnor shall disregard any decrease or increase in
the fair market value of the property caused by the project for which the property is to be
acquired or by the reasonable likelihood that the property will be acquired for that project,

Section 31-2A-51 (Article 51.) Voting and rulings. (a) Voting by members of a general or special
court-martial on the findings and on the sentence shall be by secret written ballot. The junior
member of the court shall count the votes. The count shall be checked by the president, who

Section 32-13-3 Authority to sell; notice; bill of sale; records; voiding of sale; title. (a)
A person, as defined in Section 40-12-240, in possession of a motor vehicle that is considered
an abandoned motor vehicle may sell the motor vehicle at a public auction. (b)(1) Notice of
the date, time, and place of the sale and a description of the motor vehicle to be sold, including

Section 32-20-2 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the

Section 35-12-72 Presumption of abandonment. (a) Property is presumed abandoned if it is unclaimed
by the apparent owner during the time set forth below for the particular property: (1) Traveler's

Section 35-12A-8 Sale of abandoned dwelling and personal property. (a) If the tenant does not
respond within the time provided by the manufactured dwelling community owner's notice, or
the tenant does not remove the manufactured dwelling or personal property within 45 days after

Section 36-18-32 DNA Database Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to be known
as the Alabama DNA Database Fund. (b) The fund shall be placed under the management or administration
of the Director of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for the exclusive purposes
of implementing the provisions of this article. (c) The fund shall consist of all moneys received
