Section 22-30E-11 Voluntary Cleanup Properties Inventory list. (a) Beginning on August 21, 2001, the department shall compile and update as necessary an inventory of all qualifying properties for which a voluntary properties assessment plan or cleanup plan has been approved by the department. At least annually, beginning July 1, 2002, the department shall send a copy of the inventory with the properties listed by county to the clerk of each probate court of the state, who shall place and maintain the most current copy of the inventory in the room or rooms in which the deed records of the county are kept. The inventory shall be called the Voluntary Cleanup Properties Inventory. The inventory shall include all the following information: (1) The name of the property or another description identifying the property. (2) The location of the property. Section 32-13-2 Removal of motor vehicles; liability; lien on vehicles removed; notice. (a) A law enforcement officer or, in a Class 1 municipality, a parking enforcement officer or traffic enforcement officer who is not required to be certified by the Alabama Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission, may cause a motor vehicle to be removed to the nearest garage or other place of safety under any of the following circumstances: (1) The motor vehicle is left unattended on a public street, road, or highway or other property for a period of at least 48 hours. (a) Except as provided in Section 33-5A-5, a person who removes a vessel pursuant to this chapter shall do all of the following: (1) Give written notice of the removal to the agency within five calendar days. Section 37-16-7 Civil action by owner of interest in real property subject to easement; damages; condemnation; receipt of rights by grant or agreement; motice of installation; liability. (a) If the owner of an interest in real property subject to an electric easement contends that the owner's property has been taken, injured, or destroyed by the construction, installation, use, or enlargement of broadband systems within the electric easement on the owner's property and the electric easement does not expressly provide for such, the owner may file a civil action in the circuit court for the county in which the property is located to recover damages as specified by this section. Section 16-27A-7 Contesting a notice of violation; adjudication. (a) No person shall be responsible for payment of a civil fine for a notice of violation issued under this chapter if the operator of the vehicle that is the subject of the notice of violation is adjudicated to have not committed a violation or there is otherwise a lawful determination that no civil penalty may be imposed. (a) Subject to limitation provided in Section 26-2A-154, a conservator shall have all of the powers conferred in this section and any additional powers now or hereafter conferred by law on trustees in this state.
