Section 22-8A-15 THIS SECTION WAS ASSIGNED BY THE CODE COMMISSIONER IN THE 2018 REGULAR SESSION,
EFFECTIVE MARCH 28, 2018. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) The representative
of a qualified minor may execute a directive with respect to the extent of medical treatment,
medication, and other interventions available to provide palliative and supportive care to
the qualified minor by completing and signing an Order for PPEL Care form. Once completed
and signed by the representative, the attending physician may complete and sign the executed
directive and enter the directive into the medical record of the qualified minor. Once properly
entered and received into the medical record, the directive is deemed a valid Order for PPEL
Care; provided, however, it is the intent of this section to recognize the desires as reflected
in communications, including verbal or written statements, of a qualified minor and of the

Section 28-3-244 Condemnation and delivery to board of liquors seized upon which federal tax
has been paid and containers of which are unbroken or unopened. Any liquors and beverages
that are prohibited to be sold or otherwise disposed of in this state, including malt or brewed
beverages, together with the vessels or other receptacles in which they are contained, that
have been heretofore or may hereafter be seized by any officer of the state, county or municipal

Section 30-5-8 Notice of hearing or other order to be sent to parties; registration of information;
automated process; additional fines. (a)(1) A copy of any notice of hearing or any protection
order under this chapter shall be sent to the plaintiff within 24 hours of issuance, provided
the plaintiff provides the court with current and accurate contact information, and to the

Section 33-5A-4 Liens and fees; sale. Except for vessels subject to Section 33-5A-5: (1) A
person who removes, stores, or sells a vessel in accordance with this chapter shall have a
lien on the vessel for all of the following: a. The reasonable fees connected with the removal
and storage of the vessel. b. The court costs and filing fees incurred in obtaining a court
