Section 24-9-8 Quiet title and foreclosure action. (a) The authority may initiate a quiet title action under this section to quiet title to real property held by the authority or interests in tax delinquent property held by the authority by recording with the office of the judge of probate in the county in which the property subject to quiet title action is located a notice of pending quiet title action. Section 37-2-42 Refund of excessive charges upon submission of expense bill or receipt. Any person, firm or corporation may submit to the commission, by mail or in person, any transportation company expense bill or receipt, showing charges paid for transportation of any property by freight or express for the purpose of having the same examined with respect to the correctness of weights, rates, and charges indicated thereon.
