Section 11-65-24 Application for permit. Any person, firm, corporation, or partnership desiring to obtain a permit as required by this chapter shall make application therefor on a form prescribed by the appropriate commission. Each individual applicant and each principal of any firm, chief executive officer of any corporation, and managing partner of any partnership applying for a permit for such firm, corporation, or partnership, as the case may be, shall be photographed and fingerprinted and shall supply such information as such commission may require. The compensation of the election officials shall be paid as preferred claims, out of moneys in the county treasury not appropriated, on proper proof of service rendered.
