Section 15-22-29 Conditions of parole; adoption of rules concerning conditions. (a) The Board
of Pardons and Paroles, in releasing a prisoner on parole, shall specify in writing the conditions
of his parole, and a copy of such conditions shall be given to the parolee. A violation of
such conditions may render the prisoner liable to arrest and reimprisonment. (b) The Board
of Pardons and Paroles shall adopt general rules with regard to conditions of parole and their
violation and may make special rules to govern particular cases. Such rules, both general
and special, shall include, among other things, a requirement that: (1) The parolee shall
not leave the state without the consent of the board; (2) He or she shall contribute to the
support of his or her dependents to the best of his or her ability; (3) He or she shall make

Section 34-21A-5 Officers, executive director, and administration of the board. (a) At its
annual organizational meeting, the board shall elect from its members a chair, vice-chair,
and a secretary/treasurer for a one-year term of office. No board member shall serve more

Section 22-14-4 State Radiation Control Agency; director and powers and duties thereof. (a)
The State Board of Health is hereby designated as the State Radiation Control Agency, hereinafter

Section 17-4-3 County board of registrars to purge disqualified electors. (a) Each county board
of registrars shall purge the computerized statewide voter registration list on a continuous
basis, whenever it receives and confirms information that a person registered to vote in that
county has died, become a nonresident of the state or county, been declared mentally incompetent,
been convicted of any offense designated pursuant to Section 17-3-30.1 as a felony involving
moral turpitude for the purposes of Article VIII of the Constitution of Alabama of 1901 since

deputy director. There shall be a director of personnel for each county affected by this part.
