Section 40-2A-10 Confidentiality, disclosure, and exchange of tax returns and tax information.
THIS SECTION WAS AMENDED BY ACT 2019-101 IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION, EFFECTIVE MAY
6, 2019. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this
section, it shall be unlawful for any person to print, publish, or divulge, without
the written permission or approval of the taxpayer, the return of any taxpayer or any part
of the return, or any information secured in arriving at the amount of tax or value reported,
for any purpose other than the proper administration of any matter administered by the department,
a county, or a municipality, or upon order of any court, or as otherwise allowed in this section.
Statistical information pertaining to taxes may be disclosed at the discretion of the commissioner
or his or her delegate to the legislative or executive branch of the state. Upon request,

Section 5-22-3 Record of currency transactions; report on written request; when no longer
required; compliance with federal law sufficient; multiple transactions; disclosures. (a)
Every financial institution shall keep a record of each of its currency transactions as required
by 31 U.S.C. ยง5313 and regulations pursuant thereto, as the same may be amended from time
to time ("federal monetary transaction records and reports requirement"). Upon the
written request of the Revenue Commissioner, each financial institution shall file a report
as described in this chapter with the State Revenue Department. After such request and during

Section 13A-10-15 Terrorist threats. (a) A person commits the crime of making a terrorist
threat when he or she credibly, based on an objective evaluation, threatens to commit a crime
of violence against a person or to damage any property by use of a bomb, explosive, weapon
of mass destruction, firearm, deadly weapon, or other mechanism and any of the following:
(1) The threat causes the evacuation of any real property, as defined under this section.

Section 16-1-24.3 Local boards of education to implement policies requiring expulsion
of students who possess firearms in school areas. (a) All city and county boards of education
shall develop and implement local policies and procedures requiring the expulsion of students,
for a period of one year, who are determined to have brought to school or have in their possession
a firearm in a school building, on school grounds, on school buses, or at other school-sponsored
functions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, city and county boards of education and the local
superintendent of education of each board may modify the expulsion requirement for a student
on a case-by-case basis. Students who are expelled for violation of this section shall

provided in this article, a party who is an individual or a support enforcement agency seeking
recognition of a Convention support order shall register the order in this state as provided
