Section 27-36A-18 Confidentiality. (a) For purposes of this section, "confidential
information" shall mean all of the following: (1) A memorandum in support of an opinion
submitted under Section 27-36A-4 and any other documents, materials, and other information,

Section 33-5A-4 Liens and fees; sale. Except for vessels subject to Section 33-5A-5:
(1) A person who removes, stores, or sells a vessel in accordance with this chapter shall
have a lien on the vessel for all of the following: a. The reasonable fees connected with
the removal and storage of the vessel. b. The court costs and filing fees incurred in obtaining
a court order for the sale of the vessel. c. The notification and advertisement costs incurred.
d. The costs incurred in selling the vessel. (2) An owner or lienholder of record may redeem
an abandoned or derelict vessel by providing reasonable proof of ownership and satisfying
any liens upon the vessel created pursuant to this chapter. (3) An abandoned or derelict vessel
may not be sold unless the person in possession of the vessel files a petition to sell the
vessel in any court of competent jurisdiction in the county in which the vessel was abandoned

Section 41-14A-3 Public deposits to be secured; exemptions. (a) On and after January
1, 2001: (1) All public deposits of all covered public entities and covered public officials
shall be governed by this chapter and shall be secured as provided in this chapter. (2) All
public depositors shall, notwithstanding any other laws to the contrary, place their public
deposits with one or more qualified public depositories in accordance with this chapter. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, funds placed in interest-bearing deposits through a qualified public depository

Section 8-6-15 Investigations and subpoenas by commission. (a) The Securities Commission,

Section 11-65-10 Powers and duties of commission. When authorized by one or more elections
as provided in Section 11-65-4, a commission shall have the powers and duties necessary
to license, regulate, and supervise horse racing and pari-mutuel wagering thereon and greyhound

Section 27-12A-23 Confidentiality. (a) Documents and evidence provided pursuant to Section
27-12A-21 or obtained by the department in an investigation of suspected or actual insurance
fraud shall be privileged and confidential, shall not be a public record, and shall not be

Section 27-36A-4 Actuarial opinion of reserves. (a) Actuarial opinion prior to the operative
date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL. Every life
insurance company doing business in this state shall annually submit the opinion of a qualified
actuary as to whether the reserves and related actuarial items held in support of the policies
and contracts specified by the commissioner by regulation are computed appropriately, are
