Section 25-4-51 Rates of contributions, etc., by employers. (a) Contributions. Except as hereinafter provided and subject to the provisions of Section 25-4-54, every employer shall pay contributions, or payments in lieu of contributions, equal to the percentages of wages payable or paid as hereinafter set out, with respect to employment by him. (1) With respect to employment during calendar years after December 31, 1975, every employer who has been liable to the provisions of this chapter during a period of time sufficient to have his rate of contribution determined under the experience rating provisions of Section 25-4-54 shall pay contributions at the rate prescribed thereby. Section 15-20A-16 Adult sex offender - Contact with former victims. (a) No adult sex offender shall contact, directly or indirectly, in person or through others, by phone, mail, or electronic means, any former victim. (b) No adult sex offender shall knowingly come within 100 feet of a former victim. (c) No sex offender shall make any harassing communication, directly or indirectly, in person or through others, by phone, mail, or electronic means to the victim or any immediate family member of the victim. Section 15-20A-45 Penalties. (a) A sex offender who is convicted of any offense specified in this chapter, in addition to any imprisonment or fine, or both, and in addition to any other fees, costs, and assessments, imposed for the commission of the underlying offense, shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250).
