Section 45-26-236 Minimum qualifications for sheriff; continuing education. (a) On or after
April 26, 2016, a person qualifying for election to the office of sheriff in Elmore County
or any person appointed to serve as a sheriff in Elmore County shall meet all of the following
minimum qualifications, in addition to any other qualifications required by law: (1) The person
is a citizen of the United States. (2) The person has been a resident of the county for at
least one year immediately prior to the qualification date. (3) The person has the qualifications
of an elector pursuant to state and federal law and the person has been registered to vote

Section 45-9-82.27 Costs and fees. (a) An applicant may be assessed a fee when the applicant
is approved for the program. The amount of the assessment for participation in the program
shall be in addition to any court costs and assessments for victims or drug, alcohol, or anger
management treatment required by law, and are in addition to costs of supervision, treatment,
and restitution for which the person may be responsible. Pretrial diversion program fees as
established by this subpart may be waived or reduced for just cause at the discretion of the
district attorney. A schedule of payments for any of these fees may be established by the

Section 15-22-27.4 Parole of persons convicted of sex offense involving person under 13 years
of age - Chemical castration treatment. (a) As used in this section, the following terms shall
have the following meanings: (1) CHEMICAL CASTRATION TREATMENT. The receiving of medication,
including, but not limited to, medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment or its chemical equivalent,
that, among other things, reduces, inhibits, or blocks the production of testosterone, hormones,

Section 32-6-49.24 Disqualification of person convicted of crime requiring registration as
a sex offender. (a)(1) Effective July 10, 2010, except as otherwise provided by this subsection,
a person convicted of a crime that requires registration as a sex offender under Chapter 20A

and remit motor fuel tax returns and payments through an electronic single point of filing
