Section 25-4-145 Penalties; limitation of actions; collection of overpayments; waiver of overpayments.
(a) Penalties. (1) Whoever willfully makes a false statement or representation or who willfully
fails to disclose a material fact to obtain or increase any benefit or payment under this
chapter, or under an unemployment insurance law of any other state or government, either for
himself or herself or for any other person, whether such benefit or payment is actually received
or not, shall be guilty of an offense as follows and each such false statement or representation
shall constitute a separate and distinct offense: a. If the aggregate amount involved in the
offense exceeds two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) in value, that shall constitute
a Class B felony. b. If the aggregate amount involved in the offense exceeds five hundred

Section 45-10-180.01 County roads - Permit for certain activities; fines and liability. (a)
In Cherokee County, any person or entity engaged in construction, excavation, or similar activity
resulting in the cutting across or going under a county road or county right-of-way shall
obtain a permit from the county commission. The issuance of the permit by the county commission
shall be conditioned on the person or entity posting a bond in an amount to be set by the
county commission sufficient to cover the costs of the repair of any damage to the county
road or county right-of-way from the activity. The county commission may set a reasonable

Section 45-7-82.27 Costs and fees. (a) Prior to admission, the office of the district attorney
may charge a nonrefundable application fee of one hundred dollars ($100). The amount of the
assessment for participation in the program shall be in addition to any program supervision
fees, court costs, and assessments for drug, alcohol, or anger treatments required by law,
the district attorney, or the court, and are in addition to costs of supervision, treatment,

Section 8-34-2 License required. (a) Each dealer engaged in the business of purchasing precious
items for the purpose of reselling the items shall purchase a state license in the amount
of one hundred dollars ($100) and a county license in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) under
