Section 8-20-4 Unfair and deceptive trade practices. Notwithstanding the terms, provisions,
or conditions of any dealer agreement or franchise or the terms or provisions of any waiver,
prior to the termination, cancellation, or nonrenewal of any dealer agreement or franchise,
the following acts or conduct shall constitute unfair and deceptive trade practices: (1) For
any manufacturer, factory branch, factory representative, distributor, or wholesaler, distributor
branch, or distributor representative to coerce or attempt to coerce any motor vehicle dealer
to do any of the following: a. To accept, buy, or order any motor vehicle or vehicles, appliances,
equipment, parts, or accessories therefor, or any other commodity or commodities or service
or services which such motor vehicle dealer has not voluntarily ordered or requested except

to the provisions of this article directing any person to withhold, convey, assign, transfer,
deliver, disburse or pay over any employment income, other income, or asset or requiring the

Section 34-27A-62 Adjudicatory proceedings for violations. (a) The board shall conduct adjudicatory
proceedings for any violation of this article in accordance with the Administrative Procedure
Act. Adjudicatory proceedings shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following due
process protections: (1) Before censuring, suspending, or revoking registration under this
article, the board shall notify the registrant in writing of any charges at least 20 days
before the date set for hearing and shall afford the registrant an opportunity to be heard

Section 45-37A-331.34 Notice of violation; civil penalty. (a) Prior to imposing a civil penalty
pursuant to this subpart, the City of Midfield shall first mail a notice of violation by certified
United States mail, return receipt requested, to the owner of the motor vehicle which is recorded
by the automated photographic speeding enforcement system that committed a speeding violation.
