Section 12-26-7 Petition requirements; service; postsentence report; effect of filing.
(a) A petition to obtain an order of limited relief shall include a sworn statement made under
penalty of perjury by the petitioner stating all of the following: (1) That the petitioner
is not subject to the limitations in Section 12-26-6 and is eligible to seek an order
of limited relief. (2) Whether the petitioner has previously applied for an order of limited
relief in any jurisdiction and whether an order has been granted previously. (3) A list specifying
the convictions and collateral consequences to which the order should apply. (b) Once a petition
has been filed, the circuit clerk shall serve the petition on the occupational licensing board,
as defined in Section 41-9A-1, or other entity responsible for the collateral consequence
that the petitioner is seeking relief from. Once service is made, the court shall review available

Section 38-9F-6 Sworn petition for relief on behalf of elderly person. (a) If a plaintiff
lacks the physical or mental capacity to seek protection for himself or herself, the following

Section 45-7-82.29 Written agreement; other terms and conditions. (a) In any case in
which an offender is admitted into a pretrial diversion program, there shall be a written
agreement between the district attorney and the offender. The agreement shall include the
terms of the pretrial diversion program, the length of the program, and the period of time
after which the district attorney will dispose of the charges against the offender in a noncriminal
manner or what charges the defendant will plead guilty to and the recommended sentence the

Section 12-12-60 Electronic uniform non-traffic citation and complaint. (a)(1) Whenever
any person is arrested for a violation of any non-traffic offense enumerated in Rule 20, Appendix
B of the Alabama Rules of Judicial Administration, as adopted by the Supreme Court of Alabama,
the arresting officer, unless otherwise provided in this section, shall take the name
and address of the person and the license number or identification number of his or her motor

Section 13A-11-84 Penalties; seizure and disposition of pistols involved in violations
of certain sections. (a) Every violation of subsection (a) of Section 13A-11-72 or

Section 34-1A-7 Licenses - Required. (a) Effective January 1, 1998, it shall be unlawful
for any person or business entity to engage in a business regulated by this chapter in this
state without a current valid license or in violation of this chapter and applicable rules
and regulations of the board. (b) Effective January 1, 1998, it shall be unlawful for a person
