Section 2-27-16 Penalty for violation of article; injunctions. (a) Any person who shall violate
any of the provisions of this article declared to be unlawful or who shall fail or refuse
to perform any duty or requirement imposed by the provisions of this article, or who shall
violate any rule or regulation duly promulgated under this article or who shall sell or offer
for sale or distribute for sale any pesticide or device in violation of any of the requirements
of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as
now prescribed by law for such an offense. Fines imposed under this article shall be paid
into the Agricultural Fund of the State Treasury. (b) In addition to the penalty and other

Section 22-4-5 Adoption, revision, etc., of rules, regulations, standards, etc., by State Board
of Health; appeals therefrom; State Board of Health not to discriminate among branches of

Section 25-4-137 Adjustments or refunds. (a) If, not later than four years after the date on
which any contributions, penalties, or interest became due, an employer who has paid such
contributions, penalties, or interest thereon shall make application for an adjustment thereof
in connection with subsequent contribution payments, or for a refund thereof because such
adjustment cannot be made, and the secretary shall determine that such contributions, penalties,
or interest, or any portion thereof, was erroneously collected, the secretary shall allow

Section 45-45-80 Administrative fees. (a) The Madison County Work Release and Pre-Trial Release
Commission may establish administrative fees to fund alternative sentencing programs, educational
programs, intervention programs, treatment programs, and other programs to serve the courts
of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit, and may collect the fees from any person ordered by
the courts to complete an alternative sentencing program, or other program administered by
the commission. (b) The commission shall have sole authority to establish administrative fees
to fund the programs that serve the courts of the Twenty-third Judicial Circuit. (c) Any person
who, upon court order, enrolls in any educational program, intervention program, or treatment

Section 45-28A-42.12 Appeals. An appeal may be taken from any decision of the civil service
board in the following manner: Within 10 days after any final decision of such board, any
party, including the governing body of the city, feeling aggrieved at the decision of the
board, may appeal from any such decision to the Circuit Court of the county. Upon the filing
of any such appeal, notice thereof shall be served upon any member of the board, and a copy
of the notice shall be served upon the appellee or his or her attorney, by the appellant.
Such appeal shall be heard at the earliest possible date by the court sitting without a jury,
