Section 13A-10-130 Interfering with judicial proceedings. (a) A person commits the crime of interfering with judicial proceedings if: (1) He engages in disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior, committed during the sitting of a court in its immediate view and presence, and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or impair the respect due its authority; (2) He intentionally creates a breach of the peace or disturbance under circumstances directly tending to interrupt a court's proceedings; (3) As an attorney, clerk or other officer of the court, he knowingly fails to perform or violates a duty of his office, or knowingly disobeys a lawful directive or order of a court; (4) Knowing that he is not authorized to practice law, he represents himself to be an attorney and acts as such in a court proceeding; or (5) He records or attempts to record the deliberation of a jury. (a) Whoever, having been released pursuant to this part, willfully fails to appear before any court or judicial officer as required, shall incur a forfeiture of any security which was given or was pledged for his or her release, and, in addition shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided by law. (a) An animal control officer or law enforcement officer of Mobile County shall investigate any incidents involving any dog reported to be dangerous or a nuisance in the unincorporated areas of Mobile County.
