Section 9-11-12 Violations of fish and game laws - Fees of arresting officers. When an arrest for a violation of the provisions of the game and fish laws is made by a salaried officer and the defendant is convicted, there shall be taxed, as cost, the same fee as a sheriff in the state is entitled to for similar services and which, if collected from the defendant, shall be immediately remitted by the trial court directly to the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, and said fee shall be used for the purpose of the administration of the Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Section 12-15-212 Conduct of delinquency and child in need of supervision hearings. (a) If the allegations are denied, the juvenile court shall proceed to hear evidence on the petition. Section 12-15-315 Permanency hearing for Department of Human Resources cases only. (a) Within 12 months of the date a child is removed from the home and placed in out-of-home care, and not less frequently than every 12 months thereafter during the continuation of the child in out-of-home care, the juvenile court shall hold a permanency hearing. The Department of Human Resources shall present to the juvenile court at the hearing a permanent plan for the child.
