Section 14-8-66 Annual report; promotion of public understanding and encouragement of cooperation of state agencies. (a) The commissioner shall prepare an annual report to be filed not later than 60 days following the close of each fiscal year with the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, members of the Legislature and the Legislative Budget Committee showing the operation and administrations and suggestions as deemed advisable.
