Section 11-56-10 Bonds - Authority for issuance; security for payment of principal and interest
generally; form, terms, denominations, etc.; sale, redemption, etc. The corporation is authorized
at any time and from time to time to issue its interest-bearing revenue bonds for the purpose
of acquiring, constructing, improving, enlarging, completing and equipping one or more projects.
The principal of and the interest on any such bonds shall be payable solely out of the revenues
derived from the project with respect to which such bonds are issued. None of the bonds of
the corporation shall ever constitute an obligation or debt of the state, the county or the
municipality or a charge against the credit or taxing powers of the state, the county or the

authorities and boards; continuation in office of directors; effect of reincorporation. (a)
In all cases where there has been an attempt to create or incorporate a park and recreation
authority or park and recreation board, but the attempted creation or incorporation is or
may be invalid because of an irregularity in the procedure followed or invalidity of or defect

Section 11-8A-3 County government bond financing review form. (a) In addition to any and all
other documents presented for examination and execution of a bond financing agreement which,
for the purposes of this chapter, takes place at the time a county commission makes an official
award of the bonds, the county commission shall execute a county government bond financing
review form. The standard review form shall be prepared by the Department of Examiners of
Public Accounts and shall include statements to the effect that: (1) The county commission
has considered whether it can satisfy its financial obligations for the life of the bonds.

Section 11-32-8 Rates and charges. (a) Rates, fees, and charges for public transportation service
