Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed. For the purposes of this section only, the term labor dispute includes any controversy concerning terms, tenure, or conditions of employment, or concerning the association or representation of persons in negotiating, fixing, maintaining, changing, or seeking to arrange terms or conditions of employment, regardless of whether the disputants stand in the proximate relation of employer and employee. Section 14-5-8 Agreement to use of convict labor under Sections 14-5-6, 14-5-7 and 14-11-2 - County convicts. The use of county convict labor under the provisions of Sections 14-5-6, 14-5-7 and 14-11-2 shall be such uses as may be agreed to by the county commissions in counties that may use convict labor; provided, that such convict labor shall not be used for such purposes unless, after entering an agreement for such use of convict labor on the minutes of the county commission, the agreement with the proposed plan for its operation shall be submitted to the State Health Officer for review as to whether the same may conflict with the public health statutes or rules or regulations of the State Board of Health, and for his opinion on what may be accomplished that will or may contribute to the public health or sanitation. (a) (1) An individual filing a claim for unemployment compensation shall, at the time of filing such claim, disclose whether or not the individual owes child support obligations as defined under subdivision (7). (1) If a security interest is perfected or has priority on February 1, 1982, as to all persons or as to certain persons without any filing or recording, and if the filing of a financing statement would be required for the perfection or priority of the security interest against those persons under the new U.C.C., the perfection and priority rights of the security interest continue until three years after February 1, 1982.
