Section 16-18B-5 Members; officers; quorum; vacancies; salaries; record of proceedings. The applicants named in the application and their respective successors in office shall constitute the members of the corporation. The Governor shall be the president of the corporation and the Director of Finance shall be the secretary of the corporation. The State Treasurer shall be the treasurer of the corporation and shall act as custodian of its funds. The members of the corporation shall constitute all the members of the board of directors of the corporation, and any three members of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Section 10A-2-14.23 Appeal from denial of reinstatement. REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR SESSION BY ACT 2019-94 EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2020. THIS IS NOT IN THE CURRENT CODE SUPPLEMENT.
