Section 41-10-622 Definitions. When used in this division, the following terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) APPROPRIATED FUNDS. The tobacco revenues deposited in the special fund to the extent such revenues are appropriated to the authority pursuant to Section 41-10-630. (2) AUTHORITY. The Alabama 21st Century Authority authorized to be established pursuant to Section 41-10-623. (3) BONDS. Those bonds, including refunding bonds, issued pursuant to this division. (4) GOVERNMENT SECURITIES. Section 2-3A-8 Bonds of the authority. (a) Source of payment. All bonds issued by the authority shall be payable solely out of the revenues and other receipts of the authority as may be designated in the proceedings of the board under which the bonds shall be authorized to be issued. (b) Pledge of revenues and other security. Section 22-3A-14 Refunding bonds.
