Section 9-6-12 Bonds - Use of proceeds from sale. All moneys derived from the sale of any bonds
issued by the authority shall be used solely for the purpose or purposes for which the same
are authorized and any costs and expenses incidental thereto. Such costs and expenses may

Section 16-65-6 Bonds generally. (a) Issuance of bonds. The authority is authorized and empowered
to issue its bonds from time to time for the purpose of making equipment loans to finance
equipment costs incurred or to be incurred by educational institutions. Such bonds may be

Section 22-23B-7 Purpose; issuing, selling and refunding of bonds. For the purpose of providing
funds for the authority to make loans to public bodies for a project or projects, or for the
payment of obligations incurred or temporary loans made for any of said purposes, the authority
