Section 36-32-3 Officers; powers and duties; compensation; expenditures and revenues; education
and training; facilities. (a) The commission shall elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from
among its members at the first regular quarterly meeting of the calendar year. (b) The commission
may do all of the following: (1) Organize the Alabama Fire College by appointing an executive
director, assistant directors, and such officers as the interest of the Alabama Fire College
may require. (2) Remove the executive director or any assistant or other officer. (3) Fix,

in this article, and subject to the express provisions of its certificate of incorporation,

Section 22-22-7 Technical and other advisory committees. (a) In order to make available to
the commission the services of an advisory body on such technical matters as the commission
shall require, there is hereby created the Technical Advisory Committee to the commission

Section 34-1-3 State Board of Public Accountancy. (a) There is created a board of public accountancy
in and for the State of Alabama, to be known as the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy.

of any and all prisoners confined in the jails and prisons of the state, through use of a
